Super helpful, needed to have them hold onto the treadmill I bought while I rented the trailer to get it home, no problems. They loaded it up and were super nice. Recommend this store
Third time I’ve received an order by Fedex from Dick’s with the security device on it. Now I have to drive to the store to have it removed which is such an inconvenience considering the reason I ordered online was so I didn’t have to drive all the way to the store.
Terrible customer service. I had an employee recommend I go to Academy if I wanted to save money as I informed him of something that was cheaper there. He didn't try and retain me as a customer and price match he simply sent me on my way. Won't be back
They have cleared out all of the fishing and firearms. Had 3 canoes, and a few lifejackets. Very disappointed. If you play ball or golf or lift, I guess you might find this place interesting.

I walked in there thinking it was going to be a sporting goods store, it looked more like a golf store with everything spread out. No ammo no guns for sale at all! No hunting gear, no camping gear. Everything overpriced I don't see how this place is still in business, not sorry. More like a store for suburbanites with deep pockets
Was in there over 20 minutes looking at treadmills.I folded them by myself, put them down by myself, tried to measure them by myself, not once did anyone who worked there, come anywhere near me.
