Start taking cash. I don’t understand why you don’t. I’ll admit, perhaps trying to use a $100 bill was too much, but I thought the cashier told me your store didn’t take cash. If that’s not what he said, I’m wrong and I apologize. I had to hold up a bunch of people in line, because my debit card chip was not recognized by your system for the first several tries. Finally, it was recognized though. At least I got some cool sunglasses.
New sneaker selection is great and Broad. Hiking boot section is a bit smaller. Staff is great. Don't go the register near the mall entrance, it always has a long line. The others have no one at them.
I am giving a 4 start for the service I got in the soccer department. Today was one of many days extremely busy, I meet this young man name, Hugo, I didn't ask his last name for privacy, of course. He attended me very quickly in a busy store, extremely helpful, and recommended the best type of brand for wide feet. Last store I went horrible service no assistance what so ever.I know it can be overwhelming but is the service you provide as a sales person makes a big difference to us as a consumers.
Store was clean kinda organized. As others have said in their reviews the fishing selection is fair. Prices are high but normal for Dicks. It is to be a place I would go to all the time but now it's only if I need something quick. Staff is usually helpful and friendly.
We came across two of the same tandem kayaks that were both labeled different prices, $399 on one, $449 on the other, when an employee scanned the barcode on both it read off as $699.99. My mother decided that she wasn’t going to buy it if it was at that price. She thought she could get it honored for $399 because it’s the store’s fault for having the wrong pricing. She found a man named Ray who usually works in the stocking department, he was the nicest employees we’ve ever met. He thought unlike the first two employees that, yes we should get the price honored because the customer should always leave the store happy. He took us to another employee named Mike, he thought the same and they just needed manager approval. They got manager approval and we got the kayak for $399 not including tax. Both Ray and Mike made our days 50x better due to their amazing customer service, and now we have a two person kayak thanks to them! We will now always go to Dick’s Sporting Goods thanks to them! AMAZING SERVICE It was a different kayak on the price tag below

Best place to buy a bike. Awesome costume service by Mike, he even conducted an inspection on the bike. Highly recommend you some at yo Mike when purchasing here.
I visited here to feel and compare among ear warmers because their website showed 73 kinds of products in the specific store. It is a huge store with no sign of categories. When I asked a white shirt manager where I can find them, he said that nothing is left because all are sold out and stolen since their store is huge and the item is small. When I showed him what I am looking for is “6 left” in webpage, he searched the SKU in his device and told me that their website is not 100% updated. Then he pointed my jacket and told me “people steal items in their jackets.” I was offended but I just asked the ear warmer section and I found that they really don’t have one. I have no idea how they run this store. It looks ridiculous that a store manager confesses to a customer they have no control of the store.
