Great store, I purchased my sneakers and hiking shoes there and occasionally bicycle accessories. Any shoes I order online, if they don’t fit I can return to store, no questions asked. Nice policy. This is only speaking about the Wilmington Delaware store, not sure about other stores.

Good customer service while shopping and looking for new yard items for outdoor fun. Helpful assistance with getting products off higher shelves, for us shorties Haha but wonderful discounts and clearance sections worth looking and grabbing deals. Shoe department is nicely laid out and run. Ability to see if shoe is in stock from greeting point without having to go to the stock room. That's great service!!! Thank you. Happy shopping worth a visit at this location.

Christmas tree shop Bob's furniture bed bath and beyond great stores

Went there to get my daughter's hydro flasks for Christmas price tag says 44 .99. For a freaking water bottle. Went to peel stickers off to wash water bottle stickers under neath says 30.95. What a rip off. Will never shop here again absolutely disgusted.

Floor staff, TWO of them are to lazy to give remotely decent directions on where to find things and a disinterested cashier who announces they do not provide bags.

Only issue i have got is its kinda pricy. Other than that this is one good store you can get all u need. This have golf simulator u can test out any clubs u need. Clothing , accessories & goods u name it it has everything.

This was going to be a 1 star review, because I was kept on hold, and bounced around for almost an hour this morning over a simple inventory question. I never did get put through to the department that was supposed to answer my question, and I gave up trying. Luckily, 1 none of your competitors had it in stock, so I drove to the store and found what I needed, and 2 your associate Taynazia was extremely pleasant and helpful at checkout. We were greeted on the way into the store. Gene offered help at least twice. Once again, Haley at the register was the best. Great personality and customer oriented. The reason I'm not giving a five is there for too many sizes not in stock.

Could do better with pricing but the selection was awesome.

Came to check on hiking boots. Low selection and minimal items on sale
