I purchased 6 bikes and had the pleasure of dealing with George and Ryan. I made the mistake and purchased the wrong kind of bike for my granddaughter. Ryan was so helpful and understanding and helped me with the return. The customer service that I received at this location was above and beyond. Because of the staff here at this location, I will make it a point to shop here more often! Thank you George and Ryan for helping me with my purchases!

Two stories of amazing shopping for most any sport! This store was clean and well organized with each sport clearly identified with large signage. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and able to direct us to the exact aisle of the item we were looking for. The check out lines were conveniently located in the front and back of the store. Highly recommend.

We come to Arizona once a year from Canada and always make a point to visit this store a couple times during our stay. The Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and on one particular occasion went above and beyond to help us find a specific product.

This location is always well kept. The store is very clean. The staff is friendly and they have a great array of sporting goods and clothes. Usually good deals, as well.

Not much kids equipment. Very pricey. Good overall selection. Frequently 20+ minutes check out times. Tough to find help. Very little non-local team apparel. Prices on the popular stuff are much better at Walmart, but these guys have lots of stuff you'll never see there.

This is a Megastore!, they have everything we needed for our outdoor trips, prices are right and the material quality looks good. Parking was crowded but enough for us, we had to walk but no complaints. Staff is very helpful. We will be back for more!

I went in to Dick’s Sporting Goods Arrowhead in Glendale Arizona to find a lawn chair. I had no help until a nice young man named Austin offered me help! He had Excellent customer service and recommended the chair he bought for himself and I was immediately sold. Great job Austin for the recommendation.

I’d like to first thank Ryan Walker for helping us with our very new venture! We are a family of four with two special needs kids. Due to Covid and other restrictions we know we won’t be doing a ton of traveling like we did in the past. We were looking for something recreational to do with our kids and they love water. They had an opportunity to go surfing with an amazing organization of professional surfers called surfers healing check them out! so because we couldn’t give them that this year the next best thing we could think of were paddle boards! Clearly I did some research but knew nothing about what we needed. Not only did Ryan help us track down two of the boards we were looking for he helped us find the proper gear for the roof of the car and helped us put it on !!!! Who does that? we had our kids with us in the car and he stood outside and helped us mount the Board correctly to our car!!! I love the fact that he was knowledgeable and was not trying to upsell me like REI for the same rack it was about $100.00 less and no instal fee! If that’s not amazing customer service I don’t know what is?! Also we had to go to the Norttera location to pick up our other paddle board I’ll write a review that location as well. the staff was very helpful and kind as well. To be honest the whole team they had on the floor was very friendly and professional. I have worked management, and customer service for years as well as running my own small businesses and it’s so refreshing to see such good customer service I’d like to add this location is in arrowhead mall I also worked for in this mall for years! It’s not easy customers can be awfulso I can tell you the other side of it. But these people really seem to enjoy their jobs!

Decent place for sporting goods. A little expensive, but the people were very kind and helpful.

Great experience. The gentleman helping in the shoe department was great and attentive even though there were several customers, including us, looking at cleats. He was very knowledgeable and helped my son pick the perfect pair today!
