Technician was very professional and thorough. He took the time to review everything for a replacement system and asked appropriate questions. And he was prompt in providing the estimate and gave T 2 options. However, the price was much higher than I had budgeted so I had to keep looking. But if I could afford them I certainly would like to work with them.

Jacob has been servicing our heating and air for several years. He is very knowledgeable and efficient along with being kind and thoughtful. I have had zero problems with my system. You are very fortunate to have him as an employee.

Devon is the best Heating and Air technician I’ve ever had in my home. Dickerson Heating and Air did a phenomenal job installing a new system in my basement a couple of years ago and Devon has been servicing it ever since. Twice a year Devon comes out to the house to ensure we are ready for the Summer or Winter and every time he visits he is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Have been using Dickerson for over 20 years and have always done a good job, but the last time I called for a broken heater I was told that the blower fan blade was broken. Since the unit was old there was no replacement and I would need a new heater. What they said didn't make sense so I investigated further. It turned out that the fan fell off the motor. It was just a matter of reattaching the fan . I feel like they only wanted to sell me a new unit and not fix an old one. I will not be calling them in the future.
