Dickey's Barbecue Pit

The food is good...but dang they are ridiculous with their prices. Almost $20 for a pound of pulled pork. $23 for a large side?? The 2 containers I'm holding is one large side. It's really not much for 23 Dollars. I know things cost more now but wow. This place is far more expensive than other BBQ places. If you get sides just get 2 mediums at 6 bucks each.

Corp is so greedy. This location had like 2 employees working. Instead of shutting down like a responsible business they chose to stay open and provide the worst customer service ever. They ruined our Xmas lunch and every one elses order. Congratulations on losing 50 or more customers that will never go there again compared to the few dollars you made. Me, my Co workers and all there friends and families will never go here again. Thank god for Rudies.

I went on January 18, 2023 at noon. It was a terrible experience. The employees were extremely unprofessional, often cursing loud enough for the customers to hear. Only three people stood in line in front of me, and it took the male and female employee 20 minutes to take my order. The employees didn't know how to work their cash register, and they were unable to provide me a printed receipt. The brisket served was room temperature and tough; the BBQ beans were hard and seemed to be undercooked. The venue smells of grease, and a TV was playing so loudly that it interfered with conversations. The employees seemed apathetic and lazy. The men's restroom wasn't clean, and the unsweet tea was completely diluted. I don't like to complain, and I rarely post negative reviews, but this experience warranted an exception. I was extremely disappointed. Furthermore, it cost me $21.00 for 6 oz of brisket, two sides, and a small drink. Completely overpriced, especially considering the dismal quality of the food and service. If you want to go to Dickey's for some BBQ, try a different location.

Service was horrible. They charged me incorrectly and the gentleman behind the counter tried to refund me but instead refunded me 12 dollars instead of the whole amount. I took one bite of my food and was cold. The brisket was rough and tasted like fish. I brought my food to the counter and told him to refund me the whole amount. He said his boss Tim would refund me when he got back. It’s been 10 days and still nothing.

This Dickey's serves good portions, meats were tender, plenty of condiments to choose from, and a kudos to the staff who were ready to close but made an exception for me. I had just traveled 11 hours on the road to ABQ and this small gesture made all the difference on a long and frustrating drive from Phoenix that day. I'll be back earlier the next time I'm in town. Dickey's always serves fantastic barbecue and this location was no exception. Our server was working alone, but he did a fantastic job getting us our food on time and helping out the dinner rush.Food: 5/5

Treated awful by staff. Ended up having to wait and take abuse from woman at the register. Ended up leaving without my order because the woman was having a hard time with order placed before me and yelling at the person who was evidently in charge over the phone.

Ordered through a delivery app. We didn't get everything we ordered. What we did get wasn't enough to fill us up and lacking in flavor. No reason to try this place again. The price for it was way too high to top it all off.Food: 1/5

The brisket was not smoked at all tasted more like a roast, very disappointed .I do not recommend this location for real smoked barbecue. Also every time we have gone in the past year or so employees always complaining about their manager or owner what a shame .The place used to be good.

Very disappointing. Pulled pork was dryzero sauce and stringy. Same with brisket. Cut with the grain instead of against. Stringy. No seasoning. No bueno at all.
