Dickey's Barbecue Pit

I decided to stop by for lunch today. I ordered a brisket sandwich and got a bag of chips and a drink with it. The staff was friendly and the facility looked very nice. Everything looked clean and in order. My food was OK. It wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t the worst either. It just didn’t seem fresh. I ordered a brisket sandwich and the brisket was a little dry. It seemed like it was a few days old. However, it did hit the spot and a child it down with complete satisfaction. I think my favorite part was the ice machine for my drink. I love crushed ice. And with such a hot day eating record temperatures it really hit the spot. A little odd a little different but it’s the truth. Prices were a little high but that’s not their fault. They’re just trying to keep their head above water and keep the business running. Yes I would return and if you’re craving barbecue yes I’ll recommend it.

Really good BBQ! Stopped in for a quick dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The food had a really good smoked flavor and taste. Sauces and sides were all on point as well. The cashier was friendly and helpful while the young man taking orders and preparing food seemed a little annoyed taking our order/answering questions. We had brisket torn with the grain instead of traditionally cut against the grain for some reason, ribs, sausage, & turkey with potatoes, green beans, mac & cheese & potato salad. My only complaint would be that the meat serving portions were a little small ex. Portion of ribs was literally 2 rib bones, turkey was 2 small slices, sausage consisted of 4 or 5 slices. All in all, it was worth it for a quick and easy if not cheap meal. Will go back!!

The food is amazing great taste tender and I kove The BBQ.... they have a clean and friendly place employees are super nice... They also have the best soft serve ice cream 10+plus I give it a 10/10

Kaitlyn sp and the new manager are simply amazing as they were professional, helpful and very kind. They took my walk in order and had a conversation during the preparation of my order and that is a very impressionable reason to return. Plus the food is outstanding. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

We stopped in Saturday for an early dinner and quality has went downhill. Food was not nearly as good as it used to be. They make all the meat ahead of time who knows how long ago and its stored in saran wrap- NOT FRESH AT ALL. There were ~4 employees standing behind the counter, but none seemed to know what they were doing, nor did they care. The restaurant was lacking in cleanliness-soda and ice-cream machines need cleaned badly; would have been nice to see at least one employee who was standing around back actually come clean up a bit.

We just got our food from them thinking it'll be just as fresh and yummy as the one from Colorado Springs but unfortunately that was not the case. The ribs were dry and old and hard to eat with no flavor, and we didn't get all of our food when husband went to pick up. We were excited to try it but we're very disappointed by how dry and old everything was and tasted.

Fast service. Clean restaurant. Delicious good. Both of us ordered Pit Dip sandwiches. They were soo good as we're the wings which we got with Carolina Reaper sauce. The sandwhich came with 2 sides. I got loaded potato and onion tanglers. My son decided not to get sides but ended up having some of mine. He says it's his favorite BBQ place. Parking: Plenty of parking space

This was my first time every trying Dickies and I was not impressed the brisket was very dry and cold, taste old, the Mac and cheese was good. The customer service was phenomenal the store was clean but the food was blah definitely not worth $14, I’ll stick with Papillon BBQ

Loved the beef brisket, really juicy! Came here on a Tuesday at 7PM and service was a little slow. They didn’t have fries ready and we were already finished with our food before we got the fries. Will definitely come back to try other things though. Recommend take out.
