Increased rating from 4 to 5 stars because the food has improved. With the coupons and kids eat free on Sundays the price is in the right range now. I always laugh at their signs in the bathroom and their sign that says “sauce sustainably sourced wood”
Overall great experience. Delicious & tender BBQ. The new manager was beyond sweet, courteous, and very accommodating. Me & my daughter got the 2 meat dishes & it was so delicious! 10 out of 10 recommend.
Ok, I don’t normally do this but for the price I payed I have to. Literally all the meat was dry and had little to no flavor. In particularly the brisket was very dry as well as the flavor was off. I will give it to them their sides we on point. The Mac and cheese was wonderful and my wife loved the pecan pie. In short I would not recommend this place unless it is for a lunch special.
All the meat was cold and dry. Look like it was old and been reheated. Me and the wife put most of the meat in the trash. Sides were ok. also they were out of all the sodas. no potatoes no fries not a good experience, felt like it kind of made us sick. We have eaten dickey's before a few times . And it was great.. But this makes me never want to eat there anymore.
The meat is old and hard. Like it's been reheated or something. The fries are so hard you can't even bite into them. The potato casserole and Mac & cheese are still very good though. Overall, very disappointing and a waste of money. I used to eat here multiple times a week and over the past year the prices have gone up and the food quality has gone down. My mouth waters for the old dickeys.
Food had good flavor, but when I eat barbecue sandwich, I don’t want it cold. The bread was cold. The cheese was cold, and the meat was cold. I was a little apprehensive to enter, because there was no cars in the parking lot at 6:30 in the evening and now I know why.
I was hungry, when food came the potatoes didn't have any butter, cheese, sourcream and the meat was burned and dry. I am very disappointed. The cook should get another job if the cook doesn't care about the customer's. I couldn't eat all of it. I wasted my money. .
Ordered delivery from Uber Eats. They left out 3 items that I ordered. The food that we did get wasn't very good. The dinner rolls were just Sister Shubert frozen rolls that you get at the store. The brisket was bland. The sides were small and not very tasty. I kind of liked the fried okra and the burnt ends, but will definitely be going back to Earl's BBQ next time!
Order thru postmates. Missing part of my order plus gave me chicken instead of turkey and got part of someone's elses order.Called store, no one knows what is going on and no manager on duty. Was told to call back tomorrow. Have order several times and no issues before ..
Decent priced bbq and it took them no time to have my order ready. I had the brisket sandwich and side of fried okra which was and my gf had the loaded potato which she said was. For price, wait time, and quality I give it a 9/10Food: 5/5
