Clean and smells so good in here! Staff was friendly saw the owner working too and they are all so positive. Just felt great might be the busiest Dickey's I've been into and I can see why. My brisket was so moist and my jalepeno kielbasa sandwich was so tasty. I recommend adding Mac to the brisket and on top of the meat on your sandwich. Gotta try the ribs next time.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I placed a catering order online, and somehow managed to order for LESS THAN HALF of the numbers we needed it for. How, I have no idea. I should have double checked my order, and this is entirely my fault. I had to call the store and ask if they could help me out in the "little crisis". Their rush was starting, and as we all know, hiring shortages are real at this time. They pulled out all the stops to make it happen while still taking care of customers in the store. I have no idea how they did it and kept their cool besides the fact that they're all rock stars. While I most definitely do not recommend you do what I did to them, I highly, HIGHLY recommend this location based on some of the best service I've seen in years. They didn't even scold me, and believe me, they should have. I know how crazy this business gets. Dickey's Eagan, be proud! Our Board of Directors of Safe Fleet are from all over, and they loved your food.

We used to be fans of Dickies; drove 30 miles tonight just to pick up take out. This is my loaded baker potato. Yes that thing on my fork is a POTATO. Did they take this out of the trash?? My husbands was almost the usual size at least but had two bites of potato in it that is it! The rest was hollowed out or so burned it was inedible. Utterly pathetic and thoroughly disgusted.

I just wanted to say that I have really appreciated these hard working folks at this location. Where I work we get Dickey’s catered in every few months. I also visit this location to dine in and take home. Staff is wonderful. The food is always fresh. The Jalapeño cheddar Kielbasa, Beef Brisket, Chicken, Turkey are all of my faves. All are very juicy. I have been to other BBQ restaurants where pork tends to be on the dry side. This has not been the case for me at Dickey’s. But not all Dickey’s taste alike. This location does it right. For the sides I have enjoyed the Mac n Cheese, Baked Potato Casserole, Coleslaw. The loaded Baked Potato options are really good as well. I will be back.

My husband & I are from out of town but happened to be in the area & stopped here for a late lunch. The food was amazing! Probably some of the best pulled pork I've ever had. And the ice cream was a nice little treat to end the meal. Wish we lived closer!

First time eating here, family of 5 and there wasn't anything we didn't enjoy! We were lucky to come on a kids eat free day Sunday and the free ice cream dessert was an even better surprise. Great customer service and very clean facility! We'll definitely be back and share the positive experience.

Why did your employees refuse to bring a curbside order out to a disabled customer? RESPONSE: I did call before 9:00 and no one answered the phone. Also zero customers showed up after I arrived at 8:42. I was the ONLY vehicle in the parking lot, the only car sitting and waiting in the handicapped spot directly in front of the doors for 25 minutes. When I said this to the employee at 9:10, he just shrugged and laughed. I ordered 2 items, only received one of them, and I tipped. Btw, your reply is just as inconsiderate as your employee. Don't blame the customer for your poor customer service.

Because I travel for work I have been to many Dickey’s locations. The Dickey’s in Eagan Mn, has the best, juiciest pulled pork sandwiches out of any restaurant I have been to! I highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for quality BBQ.

This is now my go-to place for barbecue even though it's kind of out of the way. My favorite is the Carolina sauce. My wife and kids prefer the spicy. I'm a big fan of the sausage.

Very friendly staff, excellent service! The food is fantastic, so good that we ordered more to take home with us for later. I must say this is some of the best barbecue I've had ever!!! I really like the jalapeno beans , and the onion tangles. We will definitely be back for more free ice cream!
