They ask you to arrive 30 minutes early and then the doctor was running 1.5 hours late! Really... a phone call advising this would have been appreciated.

I have had good experiences with two Doctors at this practice, Dr. Revendran and Dr. Alex. They were helpful and responsive and worked with me to get to the bottom of things.

Staff needs to be more efficient in faxing orders. It Shouldn't take a whole week. Also not good at returning phone calls.

Doctor is wonderful but staff leaves a lot to be desired. They don’t return phone calls and are not prompt in customer service. I had to make repeated calls to get help then I was treated nasty. If it wasn’t for the great doctor I would switch practices.

I have been a repeat client for several years, the admin and medical staff has been very pleasant and efficient and Dr. Crosse is excellent.

Overall good experience. Dr got right to the point and scheduling was easy. Only flaw was the administrative staff were super slow.
