Let me just start by saying, I have never experienced such bad customer service. The lack of service, disrespect, and arrogance of the delivery boy and the company itself. We pay for the service due to which the delivery needs to be made where requested. The delivery boy in Nepal had the audacity to disrespect the customer and then ask me to pick up the cargo for which I paid. I made a complaint and when the head office in Nepal tried to speak with me, he snatched the phone just to yell and disrespect me again. People like him jeopardize the entire entity. This delivery boy was rude, arrogant, stubborn, lacked customer service, and understanding. This leaves me with nothing but to write him up, the bad service and experience.

Passport and Portrait photo studio service is really great and price worthy compared to any other competitors in this neighborhood.

Friendly place for printing, shipping and also shipment collection from UPS. Staffs r always helpful.

Register was very nice BUT…printing was SUPER EXPENSIVE!!!!!! 1 dollar for just one page A4 in black & white. Totally shocked but had no choice as I was in a rush. Definitely a no-go next time.

Printing 1 paper was $1. What a ripoff. I wonder if this is the regular rate, or if I got charged this much because I’m a newcomer. My friend who photocopied 6 papers paid under $3. If you need to print or scan papers, go to a local library or pharmacy. Daylight robbery here.

Used to print stuff from here; now always at the college library most of the day. So, been awhile since last visited this place. Before, I would drop by almost every time I came to Jackson Heights. Good service, price per paper not too much. The shop is situated right beside the subway station, which is nice too. Also, the people are mostly Nepalese and quite amicable.
