Just a few reasons I'd recommend Digital Caffeine to anyone looking for paid search expertise. 1) DC has a great staff. They are all warm, friendly, helpful. They were always willing to do research, and answer even the most ridiculous questions (mine) with professionalism and caring. A company that is brand new to paid search would not have to worry about DC getting all “tech speak” on them. They will patiently work with you until you get it. 2) DC goes above and beyond. They were always doing things that were “out of scope” for us because they genuinely cared about making us better. 3) DC really knows what they’re doing. If companies would stand back and get out of DC’s way, their results would be phenomenal. My organization didn't always have the team resources to carry out their ideas (shortage of web folks). I can’t imagine what we could have accomplished if we’d done everything they recommended.
