Very caring staff. They listened when I was telling them about my symptoms and weren't writing off the way I was feeling. They made me feel welcome. Their CT machine was down and they gave me a heads-up on how long it could potentially take. That made me feel at ease because they communicated with me. I appreciate you guys helping me feel better. I'm glad I didn't have a stomach virus!!
Best ER in the valley. Never fails to make sure our needs are met and goes the extra mile for my little one! Highly recommend this place when you’re under the weather! Christina made my child happy as these places are scary! Loved her as our nurse and will always come here as long as this place is here!
This is our second time visiting a stand alone Dignity ER. Excellent care, short wait times, clean facility. I will never go to a regular hospital ER as long as these places exist. The staff here was kind, funny, & helpful, often a rarity in medicine these days. Christina was especially great, we loved her personality!
Excellent staff- was seen by Dr. Killeen, Kenny RN, Heather RN & Lexi PCT. Level of care & communication was excellent. Wait time was short & I was quickly assessed. Can't say enough about the bedside manners & friendly easy going staff. Highly recommend anyone with emergency needs to come here- thank you!
I’ve been to this location twice for kidney stones - which are incredibly painful. I know my body and the effective treatment for this issue, and the doctors and nurses were receptive and attentive to my needs each time. Thank you! The women at the front desk on the other hand was incredibly rude and disrespectful same person both times. My last time here I was pacing to distract myself from the pain, and she demanded that I remain seated and threatened that i could be kicked out if I wasn’t cooperative: I’m a healthcare provider myself. This level of care, whether it be from medical or administrative staff goes against standard practices. People suffering from medical emergencies require compassion from personnel at all levels.
The worst service I have ever experienced in my lifetime from any medical provider. Dr. Killeen was the worst person ever. I have never had a Dr. make you feel worst than you felt walking into the hospital. He should not be a Dr. nor be allowed to practice as one. The absolute worst!!!! No help or services were given just racism and shaming. It was awful. I left the facility crying and in complete disbelief. Never go alone! Go with a spouse or friend as a witness.
I went to this ER because I was in a car accident. Upon arrival I noticed this nurse kept staring at me then she went over to the doctor who was in the administration office and started talking to him about me. How do I know this because she kept looking at me and talking to him finally that doctor came out the office and stared at us and went to the back of the ER. I forgot to mention this same nurse look like the nurse who hit me in the car accident. I believe she was on her cellphone not paying attention ran a stop sign and hit me! She was very rude, she didn’t want to wait for the police and told me that she didn’t want to get a ticket and the she was in a rush to get to work. When I seen her talking to the doctor I understood they gave me poor service in regulates for their nurse friend / co worker. We were almost there for almost 2 hours and the billing lady came in and asked me did we see a doctor yet. The only person I saw was a heavy set nurse who was rude asking me questions that was irrelevant as to why I was there. I gave them 30 more minutes and I decided to leave! The large white nurse them tried to cover it up by saying oh they were having a shift change. Almost 2 hours is a long change! Went to an urgent care and received better care staff very professional! I will never go back to that ER!
I’ve never been to an emergency room before so I was a little nervous! I had Christina as my nurse and she made the whole process really easy. She was super funny and got me in and out quickly. The rest of the staff seemed efficient as well!
All staff at Ahwatukee hospital were great. Went in about 6am on 12/27. With broken wrist. James & Shannon were the best. So was dr that examined me! Highly recommend this facility.
When I see Dr. Wolff I am immediately relieved because I know he's going to help me. Ive had problems in the past with doctors not taking me serious because I look like a teenager thanks to my small frame. Although I look fine on the outside, I'm 30 years old with chronic lung disease and a nerve disorder, so I’m always suffering on the inside. He is fully aware of my conditions and is always able to give me the right treatment. He is a doctor that truly cares about his patients.
