I grew up shopping at Dillons and have shopped here my entire life. I think that Dillons has a lot to offer clean stores, good food at a decent price good packaging. The staff is helpful and generally courteous. Wide stocked isle's well marked signage. Each store carries different items so if one doesn't have something you are looking for another one might.
Customer service is a joke. I ordered a $650 money order, printed out a $60 money order when confronted about it they thought it was funny and joked about it. They didn't think it was funny when I said or you can just give me $650 out of you're paycheck! Then had the nerve to tell me to calm down and thought that was it rude for saying that. Hope this store get better customer service soon. You don't play with peoples money like that and think it's funny.
The manager that started a little over a year ago is doing nothing but raising prices . My breaking point came just last Wednesday I came in on Tuesday the price of greenies cat treats was 2.49 I didn't have money that day so I came back the next day on Wednesday in less than 24 hours he raised the price 50 cents to 2.99 I know it's only 50 cents but come on the bum does this all over the store . The company might as well close this store down because this bum is running the store at 21st and amidon in to the ground. I used to get a 4.99 rice bowl at the Chinese deli there and again the price went up over nite to 7.00 ridiculous. ALEX The new manager needs to go back to washing dishes because he is a rotten store manager. FIRE ALEX FIRE ALEX FIRE ALEX FIRE ALEX
A lot of people like to shop at this Dillons for some reason why I don't know it's always crowded here at this distance but they do keep that fresh fruit and produce.
Good Chinese food. Low prices on most items. They were out of windshield wiper fluid. The paper towel dispensers in the men's room were out of order.
Well I really like the story and I do all my shopping here and I feel comfortable there so I decided to go to work there and I liked it. They got my background report back and let me go which I didn't have a problem with and I turn my apron in. I forgot that I had left a brand new flashlight that I just got on my way to work out of my mailbox and my apron pocket when I turned it in. I called back up to let them know I need to come back and get my flashlight that I just got that I left my apron pocket. Anyway Andy he lied to me and he stole my flashlight. That's the only problem I have with this store is it Andy stole my flashlight
Dillons or Kroger as they are called has a lot of different things to buy. If they don't have it they can find it and let you know when and where it is. I used to work for them years ago until they closed the door on the north side of town. Store was 13th and Waco back then. They used to be high dollar but I seen that they made it competitive since Walmart aka wally world stepped in the door. In Colorado where I lived at was called king Soopers. They bought out the Kwik shop here and I worked for them along time ago.
This 5 stars is 100% all for the older black man ‘Ty’. my boyfriend said he works security. I saw him walk out a customer and help them in the car, opening the door for them. He was very patient and had to be because they were older and disabled. He took their basket back up to the store as well. He even chatted nicely with them so they didn’t feel like they were a burden, but a friend he was helping. It was so cute and beautiful to see. This man was older himself and I know the Dillion’s younger workers bagging or standing around could’ve helped out like this too I worked there before, so major props to him! Making customers feel valued and welcomed is exactly what he did. He is a great worker!
Mumble, mumble, grrer, grrer, why can't all stores be standardized in lay out... I know, unrealistic, abstract thought at inpersonal corporate world..
The two times that I’ve been here and done grocery delivery pick up has been ABYSMAL. I have had to wait 20-30 minutes JUST TO PICK UP MY GROCERIES. I could’ve actually gone grocery shopping in all of that time!!!! Truly, what is the point of offering grocery pick up if you can’t even do it well. It’s the responsibility of management to better train employees and set up more efficient systems. Last time I’ll be doing pick up here
