It was a really big open spacious place with lots of menu option. Dim sums were surprisingly juicy and flavorful! Liked all the menus we ordered. Good service as well, although the servers kept speaking in Chinese when we didn’t at all…
SO GOOD. Legit stop reading this review and just get in your car and go eat here. So so delicious. Reasonably priced- we LOVED the shrimp entree in the Mayo sauce. And the appetizer lettuce wraps were so tasty. Definitely eat here. Almost 1,000 reviews- delicious!
Probably the BEST DIM SUM in NJ. The 40-minute drive was worth it! I used to go all the way to NYC for authentic dim sums. I have heard so many good words about this place. Glad that I finally get to try it. The food was amazing and authentic. I actually prefer this place more now. Dining environment is clean and quiet. Price is reasonable, in fact cheaper than the other 2 dim sum restaurants I've been to in NJ. Food is tasty and portion is good. We went on a Thursday night, and ordered every single dim sum dish from the menu, seafood soup, and some veggies. It was a shame that they don't serve steamed rice rolls in evening during weekdays. Would love to go back on a weekend for lunch, when the dim sum carts are out and about, to try more yummy dim sums.
Fresh Seafood, reasonable price and good service. Dim sums are pretty decent but weekends here are always busy and have long waiting lists unless arrived early. No waiting on weekdays but some special dim sums are not available.
Very authentic Cantonese Hong Kong style restaurant. In NJ, the food in most of the Chinese restaurants either Americanized, or Szechuan or northern China style. We are very happy that we found a good Cantonese restaurant here in central Jersey. Waiters there can speak Cantonese and very friendly. We called to reserve the table on Saturday night, so no need to wait. We ordered sweet and sour pork, crispy and not too much batter. Lamb with bean curd stick in casserole, yummy and used the right Chinese veggie under the lamb! And came with fermented bean curd dipping sauce! That’s what we call an authentic Chinese restaurant. But it will be better if it can be cooked longer. Also ordered razor clams with black bean sauce, expensive but not many restaurants has it they have a lot of FRESH seafoods. Tasty but too bad there was some sand inside the clam. Roasted chicken with fried garlic, tasty, crispy but a little bit too salty. Fried squid was ok. At least you don’t taste the baking soda. They also gave red bean soup and orange as dessert at the end. We also ordered takeout special for lunch next day. $38.95, 3 dishes you choose from a very long list, come with rice and soup. Enough for 3-4 people!
Food was pretty good here. We had one dish which was beef and feel it was lacking a little flavor. The other dishes were great. Staff was nice as well.
For over two decades I've been going to this restaurant for dimsum on weekends. There were ups and downs and I have to say lately it has been hitting it out of the ballpark. I actually prefer this place over any in Chinatown NYC. The staff is attentive, traditional carts around and make sure you hit up the place early before the lunch crowd. The best is the beef churg fun. It melts in your mouth. I will fight you for it!
Food was excellent. Fun experience. Dish count was off as we ordered 13 dishes but marked 14.Food: 5/5
The food here is very tasty. I ended up going with friends for lunch and was really satisfied with the selection. For what you get, the prices are fair. I would recommend getting here a bit before lunchtime on the weekend because it does get very crowded. They do have a large parking lot, but you will have to wait outside until it's your group's turn to be seated. I really enjoyed the shumai and sesame balls. I definitely would get them again.
Dim Sums are served everyday. Service is acceptable and very large dinning room. The food quality is good and tasting.
