Dinkins Mark E DDS PHD

I was a patient of Dr Dinkins and his staff and I must assure anyone that is needing treatment Dr D and his staff were phenomenal! It cannot be understated how great his office was in getting me in after a series of other mis diagnosis and multiple dentists that were so far off the mark. The treatment upon arrival was so caring and "patient first" mentality and as soon as I hit the chair it was ALL about answering questions and assuring me of the steps they were going to take and that at no point did they start a procedure without telling me what they were going to do. This may seem like a minor thing but it seems to really help calm the nerves and they are specialists in that. If you have concerns about pain they are so good at making sure you are comfortable and really care that you are not in pain. The office itself was so clean and well lit and equipment was state of the art or appeared that way to me. There is something about the way Dr D speaks with such knowledge but never speaks down to you and has a wonderful report with his staff. Kudos all around.
