Sorry cause I didn’t have any photos of those delicious cold subs which I ordered and Ruba’s pizza ordered small but in real the pizza so big. But my favorite was cold sub - salami & provolone cheese a lot of spicy marinaded veggies and fresh too like tomatoes and lettuce Thank you and I definitely will be there again!

Pretty good experience! We ordered a Greek salad, a meatball sub, and a buffalo chicken pizza. The salad had really good quality produce, and that can be so hard to find. The pizza was solid, nothing super special, but satisfying and good quality food. The meatball sub was the least impressive, but we got exactly what we ordered. I think if the bread was a little bit toastier it would bring it up a notch. Lastly, when I went to pick up the food, I noticed the restaurant was very clean and organized.

I'm not sure what happened to this place but the pizza has taken a turn for the worse. This time I decided to call and pickup the usual large cheese to see if it was freshly cooked. Last time it was delivered and it arrived like a day old pizza. I picked it this time and got it home within minutes...disappointed once again. If you want an old, dried out pizza that's been warming for hours...this is the place. No thanks...I'm done with DiPietro's. Never again. I left a picture so people can see what a fresh pizza pickup they serve now. Replying back to owners comments...I'm not going back and forth on this nonsense. I never ordered a pizza crispy. I ordered 8 pieces of boneless chicken, but it turnout out that’s not Chicken, it is more like chicken nuggets witch is a Processed chicken, but the advertised as boneless chicken. very disappointed.

This is some of the best pizza in Medford. The sheet pizzas are one of my favorites but they have a lot of good things on the menu. They have the ability to order online which is convenient both for carry out and delivery.

That is a chicken finger dinner plate and that's what I paid for $14 I will never call these people ever again the price went up and the food quantity went down that is bad for business I will never call again hopefully nobody calls them either they went up on the price they always been expensive and they give you less food that is so ridiculous

The Eggplant Parm and Meatball Subs were good. Hadn't gotten take out from there in a long time. Will go back and try the pizza or one of their specialty subs.

Very disappointed. Yesterday I ordered from them. Food was hot and fresh. Today I ordered a steak and cheese sub and a grilled chicken Caesar salad roll. The steak sub was warm. My chicken was cold. Looked like the croutons were bigger than the chicken.

I usually never write reviews online but I strongly feel this was needed. I usually order from this place and never had any issues. I made an online order of steak and cheese sub to add onions, bell peppers and Mayo added to it. They added uncooked onions and peppers but no Mayo. I called try to explain to them that the onions and peppers should have been cooked and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and even hung up the phone on me. I was very polite with them but their customer service sucks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS! IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD!! PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE THAT TRULY CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS. I SUPPORTED YOU GUYS DURING THE PANDEMIC BUT WITH THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! DO BETTER!!!!

The pizza here is... fine. About average for most of the pizza places around here. Where they excel is their salads and sandwiches. Portions are generous and the veggies are fresh. I don't much care for grilled chicken, but every time I've gotten it here on a salad, it's juicy and flavorful. I really enjoy their line of old fashioned soda's too! Took a bottle of the root beer home and made a bang up root beer float!
