This is bad agency you rent apt with; they have very nasty apts go to 1221 30ave astoria and see . Apts with dirty carpet and mices ... they can do nothing for people as service they like only recieve money of the rent. Oh god i lived ther 1 year i almost die
do not rent from here. they shut off the water with unscheduled "work" frequently, no hot water frequently, and cockroach infestation. do not live in any of their buildings.
