Unprofessional, needy, and annoying. Stop leaving your Jehova Witness styled cards in my door or keycodes. Especially when you see a window cleaning crew already at my house. Everything seemed fine until 2 young men were left to finish the job. They seemed in a hurry and left without checking in with me. I had to text about a couple of small issues and received very hostile and defensive responses before an offer was made to come back the following day. I took care of the problems myself and would never want them in my home again. I have never had such angry texts sent by a “professional” service. It was shocking to me.

I have had several window cleaners for our lake home. Dirty Windows Gone Clean are by FAR the best! Their attention to detail is amazing! All tracks on my sliding doors and screens are perfect! I will never have anyone else do our windows and I am so grateful for their amazing work!

The Dirty Windows Gone Clean team is awesome! They were very respectful and did a wonderful job. And, when it rained two nights in a row after they had finished, they came back to do touch up work. My windows look beautiful. This is the third year in a row I have retained them to wash my windows and would highly recommend them to anyone else on Pelican Lake who wants their windows to look great!
