My kids just left the store and had a deal with a really rude employee Hal. I dont think they had go thru all that with her. They went to make a big purchase of glasses, cups and several things and she was extremely rude and didn't wanna give them boxes ,claiming she didn't work in the back!!!! Hal if you hate your job find something else!!!! Stop making ppl shopping experience horrible!!!.
Lunch with my family. Very nice place. Very good food . We had the best server too. Fancy drinks
I live right across the street so I go to Dollar tree weekly. In my opinion all the employees with the exception of 2 are great. One older lady thats usually stocking or straightening up displays is extremely rude. She doesn’t hide her irritation if you walk up and ask her a question, so I would advise not to do it. I’ve also watched her throw items. Another is a older lady and I believe she is a manager/supervisor. She snapped at me when I asked her if I could trade her $3 in quarters for 3 singles. Other then those 2 rude broads, I love it.
I have to say this store has gone down hill every time I go they never have helium isles are empty staff is always complaining
It's sad to see A LOT of empty shelves at dollar tree these days due to supply chain and major economic turmoil. Who knows how much longer they're going to be able to keep their signature price point but for now they're doing it. God speed dollar store.
The cashier a bit rude, but the place is ok
The store is very messy and very low on everything!
Average selection for a dollar tree. Don't go close to closing though. I don't know if corporate is cracking down on overtime or they just wanted to go, but the two women working were very insistent on everything one leaving by closing time. Back to back announcements, in line by 8 if you wanted to buy what you had. Bordered on rude.
Trish the store manager needs refresh training in customer services. A store manager who urgue and shout at the customer. Very ride and very impolite. Seems like Everytime you talk to her is that she wanted to be greeted first with good afternoon or good morning or else she will get upset. She will show you her badge saying she is the store manager. I guess she doesn't want to be disturbed if you would ask something if she is busy folding boxes. Very loud voice like she will argue and make you feel you are wrong as a customer. What a character! She even watched you at the checkout if you will say sonething. I guess she wanted to argue more...hahaha. I just left and never go back to this store again after shopping here for almost 3 years. Where did the other good managers go.
This review is solely based on customer service. I am looking for superhero decorations to decorate a classroom door. I shop at Dollar Tree's all over Vegas, so I know how busy they can be. My usual customer service experience has been average not bad, but not anything to brag about. I do have to say that just based on my phone call up there, the customer service is exceptional!!! Jocelyn answered the phone, and didn't seem like she was trying to rush me off the phone she actually took her time to say the greeting, and when I asked about the superhero decorations she actually went to go check!!! I truly appreciate sales representatives who treat costumers over the phone with the same great customer service they treat customers that are in store shopping!! Thank you Jocelyn, this was very impressive as much as it was appreciated!!! KUDOS TO JOCELYN!! If you couldn't tell, I'm big on customer service, it makes or breaks my shopping experience
