Discount Tire

I don’t give five stars to anyone lightly. Four to me is very good. Five is consistent excellence. Over the course of 15 years they have always been above board, honest, straightforward and quick to make good on any rare mistake - as well as to correct those made by competitors. My only affiliation with Discount Tire is as a long-time customer. Which I expect to be as long as I buy tires. It is refreshing to find a business - especially in car repair/maintenance - based on a model of growing the business through customer loyalty by way of treating people right.

We bought our tires at a Discount Tire at home on NC and when we are out here we get them rotated if needed. They are always friendly, and have free rotation and flat repair, whether you bought from them or not. Their prices are good also.

Yes the salesman was nice......... but after looking at my tire and saying they could fix.And after almost 2 hours of waiting I was told they can do nothing. After telling them that I was disabled and it was hard for me to wait around like that. They did not try anything they just took one look at the tire after 2hrs and said nope can't do anything sorry biggest waste of time. They just wanna sell tires. Edit: I took my tire to another shop in noble and they fixed it. So it was fixable. And still yet to get a call back from corporate when I called. Very upsetting.

Best service with the best prices! Even if you find lower, they will match it! David and Matt even followed up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time.

I had my first flat on my discount tire tires today. Took it in and they fixed it and sent me on my way. I know this sounds a bit simple but after dealing with Wal-Mart on my last couple sets it was a welcome change. I will continue to do business with them.
