Discount Tire

Highly recommend these people!! I went to them this morning to get my flat tire plugged on my new car. They charged me NOTHING!! I didn't get my tires from them and never had been here for anything. They plugged and patched my tire for FREE and even put my tire back on and my spare up. Where do you find customer service like that?? They also guarantee best prices on tires when shopping around. If anyone needs tires, this is the best place to go!! Can't recommend these guys enough!

Came here because of the great reviews and was not disappointed. I was personally greeted by Kevin. He did a thorough inspection and explanation of the work provided for a fair price. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

I have one word for this entire team: AWESOME!!! I discovered Discount Tire in late 2015/early2016 and have not purchased tires from any other company since. They have a variety of tires to choose from, offer competitive pricing in some instances, and are truly about providing good customer service. Not only that, they are fast and efficient in getting the job done. Had a 9:30 appt today, but arrive a few minutes late. They’re response was, “worries we will get you right in.” I was in and out with four new tires within an hour, and I have life time maintenance. Just can’t say enough about this place. Once you go DISCOUNT TIRE, no one else will compare!

I woke up to a flat and I do not live in Lexington but stay there occasionally for work. I typed tire shops into the GPS and the closest one was Firestone. They wanted me to wait 2 hours and charge me 50+. So I kept driving after putting air in my flat and remembered Discount tire was just down the street. So I called and asked if they could patch my tire. They said yes and I said I was pulling in now. They guy I was speaking to on the phone came out and met me at my car!!!! I'm sorry that I can't remember his name but he was great! They patched my tire in 30 minutes and did not charge me anything since I had bought tires there 2 years ago!!! ❤

Great customer service. I bought tires from them a few months back and got insurance on them. I ended up getting a flat tire and using the insurance, they fit me in the same day and took care of it in less than 30 minutes. They even rotated my tires for me without me having to ask. I expected it to be a headache to get the tire replaced, and thought I would have to fill out tons of paperwork for the insurance, but it wasnt a hassle at all - they took care of everything.
