Discount Tire

Placed an order for 4 tires for my travel trailer on Monday. Was told they would be in by Friday so I made an appointment for early Saturday. Called today to make sure they were in since I hadn't heard from them. The man I spoke with put me on hold to make sure they were there. Came back and told me they hadn't come in yet, but would be there on Monday. We leave on Friday for a trip and I work till 5 everyday out of town. I guess they wanted me to bring in my travel trailer just for the fun of it. I will be going there tomorrow and asking for my deposit back.

I was pleased with this place. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. They were very busy, but they still moved very quickly. I would definitely go back. I don't know if they carry name brand tires here since I only bought trailer tires here. Be careful since the quote for tires doesn't include the mount and balance. They are a bit overpriced on that.

Do NOT buy anything from Discount Tire. They are a rip off. I have new tires and I paid for road hazard. They decided since I have a piece of wood in it, it's not repairable. Then, they said they don't have that tire in stock. Next, they decided since my spare was too old, they couldn't put it on until a new matching tire came in. So they are putting a different tire on there, but now I have to pay road hazard all over again on their new tire. They have an excuse to charge you more money no matter the issue.

Customer service was fantastic but the wait to speak to an employee was a bit busy. The wait for my vehicle to get replaced was extremely frustrating and long but it was a Friday at lunch hour. The lobby had water and coffee setup for customers that was so sweet and kind!!!!!

Excellent service! They looked at my 2 damaged tires and explained why they did not need to be replaced, then aired up my tires for free. Will likely go back when my tires DO need replaced, but I did notice they didn't do alignments so that will factor into my decision.
