The tire repair service at this store is awesome! They always seem to be able to repair my tires instead of selling me a new one. Go there & buy your tires. You won't regret it.
I had a puncture in my tire that could not be repaired. They had me in and out of the door in 30 minutes. Great customer service.
Every employee I saw today greeted me and was genuinely nice. They pulled off my bad tire, showed me what was wrong with it and explained what I needed. With NO CHARGE. I appreciate you all. Thanks for a great visit.
PRICELESS experience . The kindest car service provider I’ve ever encountered ! Amazing people who treated us nicely in times like this . Got a flat tire in OKC but we needed to be home for school/work so they fixed it in just a few minutes . This place provided us a prompt experience especially Dave . He was professional prompt and friendly only wanting to satisfy the needs of his customers without asking for anything in return. I Definitely highly recommend them! I’ve been going there for 7 years now and always have great service. However, they messed up with something the other day. I braced myself expecting a fight when I took it back. There was no fight. They recognized their fault right away and are working to fix the issue cost free to me. This says as much to me as the previous 7 years of exceptional service.
Came in right at closing time when I realized my tire pressure was dropping. They were more than welcoming despite closing time. I was helped by Dave, and they were able to patch my tire within 30 min. Definitely my best car service experience ever!
Super friendly and I always feel like there giving me options instead of pushing me for a premium service.
Expect to be here for an hour or two. I walked in yesterday and they told me it would be 2 hour wait. So I made an appointment for the next day thinking that would be easier. Nope, it still took them about 2 hours. The guy working said it would take 45-50 min. The worst discount tire location I’ve ever been to
A great customer service experience. Staff was super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. There was a mix up in the computer system but they made sure to call and keep me updated. I especially want to thank Christian and Dave for their help!
