Discount Tire

Fantastic Service! Needed tires like yesterday, and the good people at Discount Tire gave a pretty good price and in and out in about an hour. I was shocked they were able to get me in so quickly. The store was busy in my opinion, but the staff just took care of everyone, very professional, friendly service.

Just got some new socks and shoes Whole set just south of $2100 Wheels were rare elite snow tread Should have spent closer to $2700. Very satisfied

Dustin was super helpful. I got a flat on interstate and needed a new tire or plug to get me back on road. Not from area and needing to get back on road. I stopped in here to see if they could plug the tire. He said it was gonna be 4 hrs. I had no other option but to wait. Dustin said they would try their best to better that time. And sure enough they did. Unfortunately the tire couldnt be plugged. Hole was to big. But got new tires and ended up having them just replace all them as two others i knew were bad. Got me in under 2 hrs. Great customer service and much appreciated on fitting me in.

We went in to get a 3 day old temporary plug removed and tire patched. without even looking at it their rep said I screwed up that it was not repairable. Could only get a verbal estimate on a replacement tire. Good luck staying in business. We went down the street and had it fixed in 20 minutes @tommys

So I came in today little after 4pm I told Dustin the manager that I have Bubble inside on my drive side front tire. When he go look at it and say their nothing there it's obvious he didn't look hard enough. Then get cot attitude with me about the warranty thing. I feel like he did it on purpose because I work at tire shop. I come this location all the time. If it happen again I'm not coming back. Then he says I need get my suspension check knowing their nothing wrong with it. If their something wrong with it I won't be drive it at all

I came in with a flat tire I was hoping would just need a patch. Thankfully they came out to check the tire and said it was fixable. I left the tire with them because they were incredibly busy. The next day, I called to see if it was done and what a good time would be to stop in so they could swap the tire out for the spare that was on the car. I spoke with Michael who said it was done and that mid afternoon would be a good time to stop in. I called again around 230 to find out they were completely booked and I’d have to drop off my car until the next day. I was obviously upset especially since I had no way to drop it off and get back home without calling in favors or an Uber. Beronica spoke to Michael would said he would personally put the tire on for me since he didn’t realize they would fill up so quickly. I was so appreciative that he did that for me. Thank you, Michael! Outstanding customer service.

Always great service. They are my go to for all my tire needs. I would recommend hiring 2-3 people though just in charge of phones and making appts. In a separate room away from the front.

I have never had a bad experience when working with Discount Tire. I have been to a couple different locations in town and they always do a stellar job! Super knowledgeable, they always listen to what you are wanting to do, and the staff is very friendly. Will always be back!

I spent an absurd amount of money on a new pair of tires from here. They didn't fill the tires to the right PSI, causing the light to turn on. When I took my car to the store to be corrected they did nothing and stated some nonsense reason for the light and tried to charge me almost $100 for their incompetence. Don't waste your time or money.

I have nothing but good things to say. They treat their customers right. They employees are knowledgeable, professional, patient, kind, and understanding. They really do care. They make sure to take care of your needs and guarantee their work.
