Mike was super helpful! Best customer service by far, beat the pricing of a few other stores & had my truck in & out within 30 minutes. The way this store works as a team is amazing, I’ll definitely be coming back if ever needed! Thanks Mike & Discount Tires!!

Always take our car here when our tires are getting low. Very friendly. Had to have one tire balanced ystrday. He was there 2 1/2 hrs bc we didn't make a appt but other than that the service was quick, which it usually is.

They were friendly and all smiles but I won't go back. I usually do business with another tire store chain. But my camper trailer had a blow out driving through Vegas and my spare was not going to get me another 8 hours home. I called for a quote on two trailer tires, "$250, total, out the door". I always take notes when calling for quotes. When I got there it was $280. I checked my notes. I was told, "I'm sorry, something must have gotten lost in translation". That line must have worked before with his Spanish speaking customers but we were both speaking English. I only wanted to get back on the road or I would have gone to another store as a matter of principle. At least they screw you with a smile. I won't go back.

Literally drove over 4 miles on two blowouts because the worker who answered the phone gave me false information. And led me to believe they could put the tire size I requested on the car even though it’s not a 265 it’s a 255. I get here and they said they can’t do it. Literally was stuck at discount tire and had to pray I make it another 5 miles to Lad Vegas Tires. Worst service ever. Oh and they will try to up sell you.

On 8/23 I came in for my scheduled appointment. It took about an hour for a balance and rotation. I left and about an hour later my tire was low. So I thought maybe my sensor was wrong, well that was not the case and by 6pm my tire was completely flat. So the next morning I called at 7:50 a.m told them my situation and said I must be to work by 930. I was advised to come in ASAP but I couldn't make an appointment or they would not hold a space for me. Keep in mind None of this is my fault and they couldn't do me the favor of getting my car taken care by 9. I'm not upset that this happened because things happen but Customer Service is everything and I couldn't be accommodated for Discounts Screw up. I will not be coming back to this Location for the fact of them making this Process very inconvenient. I did go back a 3rd time because I was bouncing around but they did what they could and started all over again which was good. Hoping for the best now. Only 4 stars because the morning issues that made me late to work.

Went in yesterday with an appointment. Nail in my tire tread, just wanted it patched. The guy came out to my car push and push then said it's not repairable you will have to buy a new one $200. I called my husband he told me to call Aldana tire shop which is on the other side of Discount, he repaired my tire for $28. In and out in under 40 minutes.

Appointment required. So that you do not have to wait long They have air check for free. Every time I stop by, I can ask them about my tires conditions. This morning, I finally got new ones! I was on line at 7:50am outside n done at 8:33am. I got home within an hour before children wake up! Thank you:
