Big Lou was very helpful and kind during my services. It is hard being a woman and getting work done to your car in fear that you will be taken advantage of but I’ve been going to Lou for over 20 years and he has always done the best work at fair prices. Lou was great with the initial replacement of my transmission. Even when there were some issues around 6 mo later he was able to fix the issues. Pros and got it done in a timely manner. Would recommend when shopping for a replacement transmission
