I bought my 23' Discovery snowmobile trailer a couple months ago. I've used it once and realized it's the absolutely the biggest piece of garbage I've ever owned. My local dealer talked me into this brand and sold me on the price. It is so poorly constructed that I am now selling it because I am so displeased with it. The door latches do not work properly, several screws fell out because they were stripped out during production, and the roof leaks. Appears to me the sealant was applied by a toddler. The fit and finish is absolutely horrible. The "Discovery" stickers have even been peeling off (probably by design as I wouldnt want my name on it either). The shipping company even managed to dent the chrome nose cover piece at time of delivery. I am now selling it as a used trailer for much less than I paid. I will now be ordering a quality trailer from a different company for a bit more. Buyer beware, you get what you pay for! Lesson learned! JUNK

My husband and I just purchased a 24ft v nose trailer with a lifted ceiling and double 7,000 lb each axel trailer, and a spare tire from discovery trailers. Everyone was very kind, paper work went quickly, trailer was perfectly made custom order for us. Carlos and I think the other man's name was Scott, they were very helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and were extremely kind. We actually had a huge problem when we showed up... or new truck had a pin that kept the hitch in was locked and we didn't have a key to change out the hitches, well they immediately with out waiting got their cutting torch and helped us take it off. We are from Alaska and they helped us out in such am awesome way that we could never have done ourselves. Best service ever! Would buy every trailer from them especially since of great quality and fast service. Just remember to check and tighten your lug nuts after the first 500 miles like they tell you, and you'll be fine. We are now heading across the Canadian border.

Decent trailer, horrible owner. Bought new 24' v-nose in Nov. 16',and it sat in the barn til mid Jan. until it finally made it's 1st trip north for snowmobiling. Less than 30 miles on the trailer, stop to fill up, and 1 wheel, 1 stud had completely broken off, and the other 4 lug nuts were loose. No choice but to tighten down and continue, even though the holes in the rim were beat up too. Get back and call Monday to see what they want to do about it. Talk to Carlos, one of the owners. Tell him what happened, and silence........ Shorter story....take it over there as told. He tells one of his guys to "just take care of it" with a pissy attitude. The guy who fixed it was really nice and helpful. Afterwards, I checked it out. They put a new hub or studs. Went in to thank Carlos for fixing it, and just get one of those f-off" looks and no response. This guy really shouldn't deal with his customers or the public. He's lost my future business and 2 friends looking for trailers after they saw mine that weekend.
