Best place to rent a scooter! Awesome customers service!
The company had bad communications and charged too much for wheelchair rental. The guy who assisted us was completely unprofessional and inappropriate towards me asking me what my height was calling me a midget. When I tried to leave my email blank he wouldn’t leave it blank.
After a pretty bad knee injury, I've required a scooter so that I can go to Disneyland with my family. One Stop is amazing. The scooters are always well maintained and clean, as opposed to those rented by DL or some other rental agencies. The staff is always very helpful and accommodating. I very highly recommend.
A GREAT EXPERIENCE. The scooter was at the hotel when I got there. It had plenty of power and battery life. Took it back to lobby for pick up when checking out. Will DEFINITELY use One Stop Mobility again.
