I went in hoping to find something but a little doubtful and told the lady my desires and budget. She Gail was so nice, helpful, encouraging, and personable. I will definitely go again. I'm plus size and there are so many pretty tunics that are beautiful. Thank you!

I visited Diva for the first time in April, during a business trip from a large Midwest city. I was excited to shop at this store after learning about it online. Upon entry to the store, I saw the store owner, approached her and introduced myself. While she accepted my handshake and greeting, she never smiled or welcomed me; the same was true of the other sales associate. Giving each the benefit of the doubt, I browsed in this store for a good thirty minutes. During that time, there were a total of five women also browsing, some purchasing items. I found these customers to be friendly and together we admired and discussed items. I cannot say I experienced the same attitude of the owner and sales associate. While there were items of interest to me to purchase, I did not patronize this store. Upon return business trips to Scottsdale, I will never re-visit this store, nor will I refer others to this store.

Wendy and her team are amazing and patient. They assisted me picking out a dress for a formal event and gave great suggestions. Diva has a great selection for women with curves!

Lana is a terrific sales associate. She made several suggestions of what might look good on me and it certainly worked. Looking forward to coming back again soon.
