Waiting until the season starts to get your gear serviced always results in delays – both for getting your specific parts shipped to us and for getting to your gear completed … so don’t delay! Get gear serviced at 6 weeks before you need to use it. Also your parts charges are due upon completion in addition to the labor you paid for when you dropped off your equipment. (This is automatically printed on your receipt when you drop off the gear as a reminder.) Depending on the brand, some brands of gear are serviced at our Norfolk location while some are serviced at our service center by specially trained technicians. Your safety is the most important factor. After all… it’s only life support!!!
