Order a glass from them. Kristi gave an ETA, then Margie call me and told me it was an earlier opening on the scheduled date, they both were professional and courteous . The technicians were extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Best customer service experience I ever had.
I went in to Diversified Glass to go over a long list of windows for my home. The entire office staff was extremely helpful and took the time to go over all of my concerns, and help me choose what was best for each space in my home. I am very excited to get all my windows now. I would recommend them to anyone wanting quality customer service and windows, they were all so pleasant to work with.
Great company to deal with Margie was an all star with my new home build. Took time to answer all my questions and follow through quickly with a few manufacture issues that came after. One of the very few things that was stress free with my new home build.
THIS COMPANY MUST HAVE MORE BUSINESS THAN THEY CAN HANDLE. I CALLED ON TWO SEPERATE OCCASIONS 6 MONTHS APART REQUESTING A CALL BACK FOR GLASS SERVICES. NEVER RECIEVEVED A CALL FROM ANYONE AT THE COMPANY.
