Story

Divine Treasures Catholic Book and Gift Source of Des Moines, Iowa, was founded in 1992 after one of our founders made a pilgrimage to Medjugorje, Yugoslavia.

Our mission is to fulfill a call to help Catholics know, love and keep their faith with a burning hope in our Lord Jesus Christ and His Church.

We are a source of all the great Catholic books, beautiful bibles, rosaries and other sacramentals, and gift items for First Communion, Baptism and more. All our employees love the richness of their Catholic faith and can recommend just the right books to help you grow in yours.

Nice people working, great selection of Catholic merchandise. I was there on Friday and they had hot spiced cider, cookies and a selection of meat and cheese. They had invited an author for book signing. I love this place .

Cute little shop with a wonderful selection of religious items ranging from decor to Catholic Saint Medals. A nice selection of books. Also has a little area for kids which was great to keep little hands from touching breakable items. Helpful staff.
Twice I attempted to buy local in the last month at DT and twice they failed, the person on the phone admitted that it would be quicker to use Amazon.
