I don't know what the lady Alexa was talking about giving a one-star review but the owner is really sweet I've been going here for years and she's never given an attitude to anybody. All you feel is welcome even if I walk by she would always waving to me and my kids. I have never had anything but good experiences coming here. It's been over 15 years I believe we've been coming here and it's always been a wonderful experience. I think people are just sour if they give me one star cuz they're probably a Karen

Julie is awesome, she cuts my hair perfect and she is quick! She also has great patience, my son is autistic and he is hard to handle but Julie does great with him. Highly recommend her

I visited this salon in late October for the first time. From the second I got there I felt unwanted. Jolie’s demeanor is not friendly, off putting, rude and 0% welcoming. Truthfully, as soon as I sat in her chair, I felt like I was a bother to her. Her attitude very much read, “I don’t want to be here. You’re bugging me”, and I felt it every second I was there. I showed her what I wanted let me say I’m naturally a brunette, but have been dying my hair blonde for close to 6 years now, which was just to touch up my blonde and add a few more pieces of blonde. I showed her a picture on Pinterest, also adding that I didn’t want my hair to be “white” aka platinum blonde, because I didn’t like that look. To which she responds when seeing the picture, “That’s white. I don’t know what you see, but that’s white.” Her attitude was so off putting. Instead of politely saying it, she said it in a condescending way, which I never appreciate. She proceeds to put dye in my hair, which took her maybe 30 minutes to do. I wasn’t feeling the best about how she was working, because it felt rushed, again with the underlining attitude of, “I don’t wanna be here. I need to do this asap to get out asap.” From the second I sat in the chair to the second I left was a total of 2.5 hours. She rushed my hair. It came out horrible. I was left speechless because it looked that bad. It looked orange. I wore a hat for weeks in public until I went back to my original hair girl who helped save it. Not only was the coloring so wrong, but the highlights were, and still are, awful. On one side of my part there’s a giant patch of blonde, on the other side, nothing. I’m not sure how Jolie is licensed when doing such a terrible job. Do yourself a favor, don’t waste, time, money, or energy dealing with Jolie. I expressed my concerns to her, via text message. Mind you, she texted me after I called the salon asking for a manager. She only obliged to give me half my money back. In reality, she should have given it all back to me.

Loved my hair! I was really impressed with the hairdresser here. I came in with an inch of gray roots and the ombre blonde in my hair was turning brassy... she gave me a beautiful brown that went really nice with my skin tone and she got the blonde really light and blended it in beautifully. Other places I have gone to usually have difficulty because my hair tends to turn brassy but she is really great with color and really knows what she's doing. Not only that but the products were very gentle on my skin and my hair did not look damaged at all.. it actually looked extremely healthy after lifting the color. While I was there she had two other clients there at the same time and she was able to time everything very accurately and maneuver between the three of us very smoothly. I never felt Ignored or like I was waiting on her. She was on top of everything and still made sure she picked up every phone call that came in as well. I tried this place out just because it was close by home, but I will be coming back for the quality of work.

On August 14, 2021 stylist Jolie did a wonderful job on my hair cut and highlights. Later that night I saw there was dye left in the front portion of my hair. Since that area was burning and turning my skin red, I had to rewash my hair! I called the salon the next morning, talked to Jolie, explained my disappointment and ask her to style my hair again. She agreed to that but didn't apologize. Her attitude towards me, when I arrived was very short. She was visibly annoyed by the situation. She even said, "that's not a big deal". It really wasn't a big deal but the way she MISHANDLED it was! I will gladly take my business elsewhere and will not recommend this place to my family and friends.

Wonderful experience with my daughter and myself! My daughter loved her new hair cut and I loved my color and cut. Very professional and efficient service! Definitely returning.

Six went to get my bangs cut she didn't separate my hair and cut extra hair on the sides. I had bang before and I don't know what she did but looks horrible I can't believe I have to wear a clip or go sum were else to fix it. When I came in she was laying in the sofa, no customers. She probably was in a hurry to back to her phone. I showed her a pic of how I wanted it. Im so disappointed.

Went in to texture the top, my hair was already cut and she told me that it needed blending on the sides and I told her that no it’s okay and proceeds to shave the sides and leaves me looking bald.NegativeValueServicesHairstyling
