DIY Storage

We used this facility for a couple of years. Other than a price increase, we had no issues or concerns. A very secure location, Easy access, and an accommodating staff.

Selected DiY because of the location and the good reviews. I was not disappointed! The staff called me right away after reserving a unit online and walked me through the paperwork and access. Couldn't have been any easier. The units are clean, easy to access of of West Maple and the gate is easy to use.

Great storage facility. We have rented 4 different units from them and never have any issues. Easy online setup and cancellations. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed. Another plus is law enforcement discount.

This storage facility and company are wonderful!! We felt it was really reasonably priced and the point of contact, Kirk, is super kind and responsive. Moving into the unit was very easy with a brand new lock that gives you great comfort as it cannot be removed without the key waiting for us. All paperwork is done online and with turn around time Units are clean and the facility is nice and well lit. I appreciated the gate access and felt our belongings were safe. Thank you DIY Storage!

I could not be more pleased with the facility and service. Facility is extremely clean, orderly, and secure but easily accessible by renters. I needed storage on very short notice. Management made immediate contact after my initial inquiry via the web and we had agreement worked out in short order. Manager remained totally responsive and extremely helpful during entire lease period. He was instantly reachable and able to address all questions. Very good experience. I will be back if I need storage again. Thanks!

Clean, well lit storage... but more importantly than that, AMAZING customer service. I have called after hours on two occasions and not only was Kirk responsive, he was kind and helpful... customer service that goes above and beyond is hard to find these days! I would recommend this business to anyone who needs storage. You won't be disappointed in the least! I'd give it 10 stars if that was an option!

What happened to do the right thing vs making a buck? I called this AM to ask about 2 units today to rent to store our stuff before our house is done. My husband filled out a lease online without my knowledge we didn’t move in, collect keys or anything. I called an hour later explained that we wouldn’t need the units our apartment complex was able to provide us garages. I politely asked if I could cancel our request and would be happy to pay them for the time I wasted. Our options were pay 157 and never move in or pay 157 + 35.00 lease cancellation fee, the lease was a month to month, so the first was a better option. I would have been happy to pay 100.00 for wasting their time this AM and they could still rent the units to someone else. They already have my business with a full unit for the last 2 months, which I will keep until we move for convenience. It’s sad when people just can’t be nice and put themselves in other’s shoes. DiY Storage. Just make sure you are 100% committed and read the lease agreement as they are 100% about their bottom line. We will never move a thing and will never occupy the units and only put them out of commission for 2 hours. They don't care about anything but making a dollar. Sent from my iPhone

Great company to work with. The facility itself is very clean, easily accessible and very secure. The staff was incredible to work with. Their response time, customer service and flexibility are really second-to-none. The experience was about as hassle-free as it gets. I strongly recommend their services and will be using them in the future if the need exists.

Kirk is a super accommodating owner. He went out of his way to ensure our units were delivered when I needed them. Facility is brand new and nicely constructed with concrete drives. Would recommend.

Kirk always has his units at great price and a great location. Have used DIY Storage for two years and never a disappointment. Many choices of units and respects the military. Would give more stars if it didn't end at 5.
