Come here, DJI has the best drones/camera equipment on the market. Very high quality products and great customer service.
Slight disconnect with getting items repaired but management in NYC absolutely "aims to please" and makes sure the DJI repair and service experience rivals that of the ownership. It's a "must visit" location for anyone that can't make the NYC location. I now stop in every time I'm at the mall regardless.
Love coming here, even if it's just to see what's new. The team is always helpful and Sam G. always goes above and beyond to help.
I love DJI mavic pro drones, I own 6 myself and I'm looking forward to coming to the store that seems to have everything I ever needed. I'm so excited...
DO NOT BUY HERE! Go to B&H photo. 10 day exchange policy and 20% restocking fee they don't tell you about. NO RETURNS Plus they DJI just dropped the price of the drone 9 days after I bought it and won't honor the new price. Stay away!
Interesting store, you can buy the drones here. It is located in Garden State Plaza mall on the 2nd floor of the new wing.
The store was not well organized. The items didn't look well displayed. The sales associate didn't greet or offer to help us. They were to busy counting the cash from the register.
