The DLO INTEGRIS Southwest PSC is located on the INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center campus in the medical office building on the north side of the hospital. This location provides phlebotomy services to Oklahoma City and the surrounding communities and accepts both electronic and paper requisitions. This DLO PSC also provides QuestDirect™, a program that allows you to order your own testing from a select menu of lab tests without an order from a healthcare provider."

This location is superior to any of them in the metro! There is one guy there named William! He is kind and does an amazing job with draws. I came in early to get labs, they didn’t have them because my dr forgot to submit, william was patient and said he’d hold my place if I wanted to come back in once my dr office opened. Sure enough, I was able to get them sent over, this time I went bacon in and the waiting room was filled, but william got me back quickly and was able to a great, quick job of my full lab draws.
DLO , at one time, was the best. Unfortunately, they have lost their customer service standards. There is no one that you can ask questions of, you sign in through a kiosk that is very cumbersome. The waiting room is small, crowded and uncomfortable. My wait time was supposed to be 13 minutes. I left after an hour. During that hour, they only called two people back. I will not use them again, nor recommend them.
I went in Thursday for some blood work done and the young lady was so sweet and good at her job. I cant remember her name but when I go back I will ask for her to draw my blood. I didn't even realize she had stuck me and she was done. That doesn't happen with me often.
They are the rudest people ever, will never go back, will misinform you at the DLO. Literally never experienced something like this. Didn’t even let me complete my sentences while speaking just straight up rude.
Was in there today around 2 pm. I waited 20 minutes. William drew my blood and was very nice.
This is a small waiting room with uncomfortable chairs. It is a fast visit if it is not busy, but if it's busy it is an uncomfortable wait. The staff is usually in a fair mood, one staff member has more additude, he asked my son how old he was & told him "your a man why are you scared." Trying to help him not be affaid in the uncomfortable unkind way. However I explained one bad experience sticks with you. We talked about how that's all dlo dose all day & so they mess up less often. That's so true they've never hurt my son nor me.
Good luck finding this place, when you ask staff where it is they'll act like you're stupid. Better going to an actual DLO building
I had a pre employment drug test today and an employee Monica Cano was the nicest person she explained everything well. Thank you!

This lab is fast, and the staff is AMAZIG and skilled,,,The Best lab in Oklahoma
