DLO OKC Patient Service Center Quailbrook

After an AWFUL experience at Children's Hospital, we were referred here to get our toddler's remaining blood-work done. I would tell everyone to take their child here if needed. The two ladies were kind, efficient, and quick!

I refuse to go ANYWHERE else! I love this particular lab. The two most wonderful girls work here, they care extensively about their patients, keep you at ease with their infectious smiles! Thank you Tamara and Brandis for everything you ladies do!!!

Staff is super nice and incompetent. They provided inaccurate information at the time of my visit and did not return my calls. After 3 calls over a 2 day period, I was given a different number to call to check my results. Only to find out that I have to request through the app and wait an additional 10 days. Or I can fill out a form, which they failed provide at my initial visit, and then wait another 2 days. The consent form can only be faxed or picked up in person. The form cannot be emailed. My visit was out of pocket as I was not going through my insurance. I will never use DLO again. Warning, if you need work done, and want results in a timely manner, RUN AWAY from DLO!

This is the lab I go to everytime. The ladies there are professional and helpful.

The staff was wonderful and very professional! The facility was very clean and I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Ask for Brandis! She's great!!
