The lady who was at the front desk at the time was extremely snappy and rude with a major attitude. I just had a simple question to make sure i didn’t need to do anything more on my end for registering my vehicle. Even waited in line patiently. Sure they were fast to get through the line but it’s barely 9am with an attitude and tone with me.No thank you.
My girlfriend has been practicing for her drivers test for a very long time and she does an amazing job driving. Whoever went with her to do the test was extremely unprofessional and rude. She slammed the car door after getting in and then proceeded to not actually pay attention to my girlfriend’s driving because she was too busy staring at her paper. She then failed my girlfriend for “not checking her blind spots,” which she did, but the lady just never looked up to see. After reading other reviews about this lady I am confident that she has a power complex and likes failing people because she likes to feel like she has control over people who are just trying to get on with their lives. Do not take your drivers test here, it is a waste of everyone’s time and this woman is a waste of oxygen.
I’ve never felt compelled to write a review for a DMV, but the Chase Ave location was such a pleasant experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Scheduling an appointment is the way to go. I was in and out in 10 minutes :
Everytime I go to this location most of the staff is extremely rude and would rather talk to co-workers than help understand the customer. The wait to get your number called is short but will usually take 1+ hours after you are called because certain staff members have no clue what they are doing and quite frankly seem incompetent at their job.
I would give zero stars if possible. Would definitely not recommend anyone take your drivers test here. Woman with shoulder cut hair is extremely rude and is definitely trying to fail you. Will not ever go there again.
I was in and out within an hour, and had the replacement title I needed. The woman that help me at the counter is extremely nice.
The staff was very friendly. Also, I was in-and-out of there within I would say a 1/2 an hour. My husband went with me so he could transfer his plates to his other car and I went to get my driver's license renewed and it didn't even take an hour. Great place to go but I would suggest making an appointment online before you go.
If someone dies in a hot car because they were not allowed to park in the EMPTY shaded fire lane with small children because their AC went out on an 81 degree day will be on them. It’s Sad organizations rarely put any effort on being a humane decent place & can not put laws in place for customers but because power & authority always trumps human decency... How is it going to hurt you to let an attended vehicle with hazard lights on wait in the shade? If there was an emergency vehicle coming into the parking lot, it would take no longer than 30 seconds to move it out of the way. If it was an unattended car, then sure tow it, give them a ticket. But really a car with small children on a hot day?
I don't usually write reviews, but I was so impressed with the service at this location. I got here at 8:15am to get in line, they opened at 8:26am, and I was walking out with a new license, title, plates, and registration by 8:55am. And everyone I talked to was very friendly! Definitely the easiest DMV visit I've ever made.
