Lost one of my license plates and needed new ones. Paid all the fees which came to about 180 $ and had to wait 2 weeks to get the plates and registration. The address and my registration was wrong, I called them and was told will get a replacement in 3-5 days. That was 2 weeks ago, I called today and there was nothing noted and the request had to be resubmitted. This didn't save me anytime, I should have just taken the day off of work and saved my money.
Came in to surrender my plates today. In and out in less time to count 123... love it, couldn’t do 5stars cos it isn’t free but it’s definitely worth it and very convenient.
Scam Alert!!!! I ordered for my New Plate and Registration on Monday July 17 and Received it on Monday July 24. When ordered they told me it will take only 2-3 days. Thats why i left my documents there. When i went there after 3 days, they changed their words. They started saying it will take 4-5 days. At day 5 on Friday I called them about my registration, they said its still not ready yet. They were not even sorry for that. The lady who told me 2-3 days, she was careless. She is pretending like I made 100$, i dont care. Then the guy came to me and said sorry for that. I would never recommend this place again, even to my enemies.
I used to go to the DMV express in flushing, and will never go back there. THIS is the best DMV express service I have ever been too. From the moment I contacted this service to ask questions, they responded quickly, accurately, and with kindness. They are so pleasant to speak and work with. I had a weird situation with a out of state title, and they got the car registered with NO issues. I got my plates in just 4 business days could’ve been 1, but I chose not to expedite the fee is worth dealing with such a competent company. The only thing I don’t like about this place is that they don’t have 50 locations around the city :

This is the second time I'm using DMV services and I must say that they are fantastic! I sent them by email my inspection letter on Monday and Tuesday I received an email stating that my registration for my car is ready for pick up, what fast service! I'm so glad their services are available to us, try them, you won't be disappointed!
One stop shop for all your DMV needs! Forget about waiting in line at the DMV, for a nominal fee they will take care of you with little to no wait. They accept walk-ins now until 7pm. Located in a convenient area, J train and the Q56 bus near by. What would have taken several hours was taken care of within 12 minutes. Give them a shot and you'll never go back to the DMV!
I can not thank you all enough for your quick and efficient service! I just wish I had found you sooner. From start to finish my entire transaction was quick and painless.
