Well organized. They are trying their best to take care of drivers issues. Due to the COVID issues. there are time restraints. It's best to get there as early as possible.

This man walked her all the way to the door with a big smile and went as slow as she needed. Super stellar job!

Arrived at 10am to be told they will not accept any more Knowledge exams. Encouraged to come before open and get in line to get a ticket to be texted and I can wait in my car until they are ready for me. Which was told could be until 4pm to be called on my ticket. Unbelievable but expected for a government entity.

Wonderful staff. Very busy facility though, Services offered on first come first serve basis. So, the earlier you get to the offices the better... Clients start queuing as early as 6.30 a.m.

6 hour wait to get my Son a simple license after passing the road test the day before, What a joke. They are a bit more friendly here though.
