This place is amazing, prompt, and efficient. I work for a larger corporation and we have gone through these guys for a variety of printed items especially for our industry events. I have been using documart for over 5 years and have never had a bad experience until the last few months, today was by far the worst. I called inquiring where my posters were, I was not mad, I was not upset, I was just checking the status. I intially asked a woman and she was checking for me and a man picked up and just attacked me, he said with a holiday I need to give them more time, if I don’t want to wait that long I need to give them 5 days at least and if I don’t like it I am welcome to find a new company, he was beyond rude! I was so floored I honestly couldn’t figure out where his anger came from. I am in the customer service business and could never imagine talking to a customer that way. Needless to say if you want to be treated extremely bad I would say they have that down.

I've worked with Dan in not just my personal freelance work but also have had the pleasure of working with the team at Documart on projects for the company I work with as well. Each time they deliver amazing quality perfectly registered and printed perfection. I can not recommend them enough for small, big and massive size jobs.
