Friendly staff and they sure do love dogs. However they are not very clear about pricing. Many add ons to rack up your bill. I got basic, stayed for 2 nights and expected my bill to be $80 max. I ended up paying $130 somehow, even though I picked up my dog each day and just needed a place for her to sleep. The day I picked her up I also got charged for “day care” which I was unaware of. I decided to pull out of lodging early because it just wasn’t worth it. I also wish theyd let you see the back room and what goes on back there. You aren’t allowed past the lobby.

They are taking good care of my dog, nice and friendly staff. They are very thorough and knowledgeable too.
