I took both of my Yorkies there to be groomed. I believe the groomers names are Kim and Victoria? They each did one of them. It can be very hard to find good groomers who can do a good puppy cut on a Yorkie. They both turned out fantastic! Both of my babies can be difficult and they are seniors, but the girls were fast and made sure I liked the way they looked and asked if I needed any touch ups. The store manager, Amanda, was also very friendly and made sure I was happy with the service! I get to take one of my babies to work with me and everyone fawns over her and how cute she is. Several people have asked me where I got her cut, so of course I let them know, Loyal Companion McHenry Row!

They are so amazing with their grooming!! Every single time my dog is in and out within 1-1.5 hours. They focus on her for that time and she comes out looking amazing. I would 10/10 recommend them.

I enjoy shopping for cat food here. It's always a pleasant experience and sometimes it brightens the chore of buying cat food. My car is selective and changes over time. Depending on that I've always been able to find a selection right for my cat. Ive got to explore a lot of different brands and combinations. The staff is always communicative and friendly. Feels very homie.

Great place for dog food, treats and assorted necessary items. Staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. These two love to go.

Took my puppy a 20 LB doodle for grooming and they did an average job, none the less for what it cost. Having longer hair, I asked the groomer to leave my dogs hair somewhat longer than shorter because I didn’t want her shaved, and she was largely shaved. Under her arms, she is completely bare to her skin, cut way way way too short. Her ears were not cut evenly, and I had to trim them to be neat once I got her home. Her tail wasn’t cut at all and had to trim as well. I honestly am not convinced her nails were cut either. Worst part, she wasn’t bathed, she didn’t smell good or different from when I dropped her off. All of this for the low price of $87 with tip $102. I’ve paid a reasonable $60 in the past for a great grooming job, none the less was my dogs haircut more expensive than my own. Outrageous. I now know why it was so easy to get an appointment. Nice people, great store and did the job but will not be returning for the cost grooming job done.

Dropped my dog Bogey off today to get groomed! They did such an amazing job. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love their wide variety of treats and toys. Bogey was one happy pup when I picked him up.

I’ve brought my dog in a couple times for grooming, and the cuts have been better than anywhere else I’ve taken him! Pricier too, but they’re patient with my anxious dog and do a great job.

Its a nice little pricey dog store. Steven is very helpful. I like the convenience/layout of this location and they often have deals/sales going on. I'd rather fo here over petsmart. Haven't tried the self wash for dogs, but overall seems like a good store for locals in the area.
