My grandmother has been a customer here for 40 years, and now I understand why. When my grandfather passed suddenly, Doherty's was very accommodating and helped us select the arrangements for the funeral. They were very kind during this hard time and we were able to select some beautiful flowers in more masculine colors for the service. They even let us look in the cooler to find the right colors of flowers. We couldn't have asked for a better, more accommodating, more professional vendor.

Doherty's Flowers has continually provided me with gorgeous flower arrangements every time! I'm very busy and 99% of the time, I just pick up the phone and call Doherty's and give a quick explanation of what I need and they take it from there. It is a quick, easy and gorgeous solution to my flower orders! When my daughter got married I had Doherty's design the unique flower arrangements and my daughter was thrilled! Thank you Doherty's!

After speaking with Nathaniel, I had high hopes for the bouquet I ordered for my mother for Mother’s Day. I live far away and wanted to give my mom something special so I chose a beautiful arrangement from the Doherty’s website. As it turns out, the bouquet delivered to my mom was nothing like the one I ordered. I will not be recommending Doherty’s in the future nor will I be using them to send flowers to my mother.

I called Doherty's Flowers today to ask about purchasing flower petals to toss after the ceremony of my wedding. My wedding is over a month away. I spoke with Yvette who told me they were about to close in 45 minutes and she didn't have time to speak with me. I would have to call later about purchasing wedding flowers from her. I then redirected that I wanted only flower petals. Yvette then told me a "bag" of flower petals is about "$10 to $15." She could not tell me how big the bag was, how many petals might be in the bag, or a more exact price. When I asked her if there was someone better to speak with regarding the issue, she laughed at me over the phone and told me that "we don't have an exact measurement or way we do petals." She then placed me on hold. I could hear the entire conversation she had with another female the business. She told the female "I don't know what this lady wants from us. It's just ridiculous!" She then picked up the phone and suggested that I purchase 100 roses. I had to ask three times what the price was going to be per stem. She finally told me $2. Yvette continued to laugh at me during the phone conversation and treated me like she had better things to do.

Worst Valentine's experience. Ordered flowers February 3rd for Valentine's day did not deliver flowers to my girlfriend until she was leaving her work place at 5pm. My mother's flowers were not delivered until 9:55pm on Valentine's day. I always get flowers for my girlfriend and mother on Valentine's day from Doherty will not ever again. Its bad when your girlfriend calls you before she is leaving work and says if you sent flowers I never received them. The arrangment my girlfriend got was terrible. When I called Doherty they did not offer any compensation what so ever.

Spent almost $70 at Doherty's Flowers for my mothers Birthday. Thought ordering the day before would arrange for them to be dropped off a decent time the next day. 2:45p.m. the next day rolled around and I called to check on the delivery. I was told by Melissa that they were already delivered that afternoon. To my surprise they were not delivered yet. As my mom pulled into her drive way around 3p.m. as the delivery driver was pulling out of her driveway. I had gotten the impression that the delivery was made because I had just called 15 mins prior to check on it. After calling back and complaining, which I wish I had not of, the owner called me back to primary reassure me that was not the case and to mainly argue with me and try to blame me for not putting a specific drop off time on my order. Its unfortunate Doherty's Flowers have now lost my business when all in all, they could have at least seen my point of view and understand where I may be coming from.

I called Doherty's 15 minutes before the close of business asking to have flowers ready for me to pick up when I got to their shop early the next morning. The employee on the phone was so kind, and worked with my budget to create two beautiful small vases as thank you gifts! Thank you, Doherty's, for exceeding my expectations!

Doherty's Flowers has been a great place to swing by for an impulse flower purchase or ordering something to be delivered or picked up later. I have never been disappointed with the quality of the flowers or how they mixed just the right types to wow people. This business has earned my loyalty!

Had them make the flowers for my wedding. Got my first quote 2 weeks after they said I would get it. I was verbally quoted with 3 other people in the room 7-800 dollars and the quote I was emailed was 2,300. The quote came from someone I didn't even meet with initially so there were communication issues. Wedding flowers were gorgeous except they didn't actually order any dahlias- they only ordered filler. I have a large dahlia garden so I told them I'd like to include mine in as extra hoping an early frost wouldn't kill them. I even sent emails of bouquets with orange dahlias stating that I liked the colors of the dahlias for reference when they ordered mine. Turns out, they didn't order any dahlias since they were under the impression I only wanted to use mine. Which is absurd considering my wedding was the last weekend of October and a frost should have killed them. So I was very lucky mine made it. Basically only paid for "filler," got a small refund. I was literally in tears on my wedding day because I realized they didn't order any additional dahlias and only mine were being used. Like what did I pay for to begin with????

I have recently purchased two arrangements and both equally beautiful. Received many compliments on both. Also purchased my outdoor bedding plants from Doherty’s Flowers and they are doing great. Highly recommend them for all they have to offer.
