Independent shop filled with regulars and amazing chocolates. They serve breakfast and lunch. Patio outside for humans and dogs, water bowl I suspect is for the dogs. Plenty of seating inside. My sandwich was reasonably priced, coffee is the going rate. You will drop some coin on the chocolates - worth every single penny. I had the best hazelnut cream filled chocolate I have ever had in this country. Truly superb.

Not only a good place for dinner, also great for afternoon tea and veggie. Carrot cake is awesome.
The best chocolates in the world are made here. The cafe also serves delicious food including paninis, salads, and daily specials. The owner only uses the highest quality ingredients to ensure the best flavor. For something a little bit different, try the Drinking Hot Chocolate! UPDATE: Due to the sale of the shopping center causing an extreme increase in their rent, Dolce Bella Chocolate Cafe closed for the last time today, February 16, 2019. Please visit their website to get information on how to order chocolates.
Visited this place for the first time on a rainy day with my 4 year old. We are lucky enough to live walking distance away, so we made a break for it between rain drops. I was pleasantly surprised by the size and space and atmosphere! I walked into a big beautiful 2 room cafe with people reading at one table, a couple dining at another and some others working on laptops. I was actually worried that the ambiance wouldn't be right for a 4 year old with the people reading and working, but I had no reason to worry it turns out! My daughter and I ordered some delicious food and hot chocolates, and sat at a large table working on a craft project while we waited. Our food was ready in no time! Another family, 2 families actually also looking to get the kids out for a bit in the rain, sat down near us with a little boy my daughters age. The kids were drawn to each other. Another family also came in shortly before we left, so I didn't feel like my daughter wouldn't be welcome after all, given the more laid back and quiet atmosphere compared to a Starbucks for example. The people working didn't seem bothered at all by the fact that there were about 5 or 6 toddler's there, and the kids were quiet. I get the impression kids are a frequent fixture and welcome with open arms. After we ate they played together in line while the other mom and I let them pick out a treat from the amazing selection of chocolates. My daughter made a quick new friend and i found a wonderful new place that I look forward to spending time at in the future. I enjoy playing board games with a friend, and this is a great spot for it. Its also good for Pokemon Go, since it had a gym, and I also love to crochet in a quiet cafe. I'm planning on visiting again in the future both with and without my daughter to spend some time working on crochet projects.
Wow. Delicious chocolates! I was given a box of their chocolates for Christmas and I loved *every* bite! I love dark chocolate and these did not disappoint. What surprised me is how much I loved the chocolates I usually pass up! I could taste flecks of fresh Meyer lemon in the Meyer Lemon chocolate; the Tahitian Vanilla Bean has a deep, creamy vanilla center that makes me want to let it melt on my tongue and savor it as long as possible. I could go on, but I encourage you to get a hold of their chocolates and experience it for yourself! :
I have bought the handmade chocolates from here a number of times as gifts or just to enjoy one or two pieces on my own. They also have a nice, simple cafe menu and I have had lunch here a couple of times and enjoyed a glass of wine and coffee. There is a good selection of wines by the glass and free Wi-Fi makes this a pleasant place to hang out for a while. Other treats of non chocolate variety also exist and are quite good. Most recently, I enjoyed a panini with salad and glass of wine while waiting for my car to be worked on across the street.
Not sure what the fuss is about this cafe. We ordered a croissant, a hot chocolate and a cappuccino. The croissant was a standard American style tasteless croissant that you could get in any supermarket. The cappuccino was strong - too strong - and lacked any flavor. The hot chocolate was the worst we ever had. Certainly not the best and far from it. All in all - this cafe is a total disappointment. There are so many other options. Go there instead.
This place has an excellent breakfast! I love their home made granola with fruits and yogurt. My husband likes panini or scramble eggs. Also try their biscotti. Yummy!! We go their at least twice a week. Coffee is very good too.
One of the best kept secrets in West San Jose. This gem of a place has it all! Great food, beverages, baked goods, wine, chocolates and ambiance! They periodically have live musicians on certain weekend nights. I conduct all of my small meetings here! The staff is amazing as is the owner and her husband! Give it a try! It is a favorite hangout of many locals!
