Dollar General Store

I was forced to give it a star to write a review. The store is always dirty, unorganized and professional. What us the purpose of being able to enter your number for your discounts and clerk always bypasses it. Such rude customer service and slipping off to your customer. Where I spend my money I would like to be respected. After leaving the store I had to return and get a refund. I just couldn't support the business. And the clerk was still mouthing off. Her name is Roberta.

This store usually only have 1 cashier here that is actually checking customers out. Store usually has what I need. Nothing special and the hair aisle is never really stocked especially the hair bands .The baby section is usually always stocked pretty good...great stop for items that were forgotten at other stores

Left my bag there earlier this evening with my dish soap and my double gain scented sprays along w my playing cards I called there they said I only had three bags .. i had a back pack that was my son's school bag in the cart and 2 dollar tree bags and I get told it's not there ??? Something ain't adding up and I didn't get my receipt from the cashier smh. Usually have no problems until today. Smh

Dollar General is so ready to build new stores when it can't even staff the ones that it has...the store across the street from my house says that it closes at 10 PM. It is eight thirty, and the four people standing outside smoking cigarettes within inches of the door said it's closed.

Store was a total mess. Cashier had attitude with everyone in line. Tried making small talk and she just scoffed us off. And we were left to bag most of our stuff on our own. Not a fan.

When a young couple go in to by pregnancy tests, you don't stop to joke about it and tell them to name the "baby" after the clerk. Horrible, inappropriate, and humiliating in the most scared moment of our lives this far.

I was just in this store a few minutes ago. I was charged twice for the same item but I didn't realize it until I looked at my receipt when I got home. I have been trying to call the store to talk to someone bit I keep getting a voice mail recording like I'm calling someone's cell phone. I am not mad at the cashier, we all make mistakes, but I do want my money I was overcharged and I think that a store that has been in business in the community this long should have enough employees working a shift that someone is able to answer the phone for various reasons.

This is got to be one of my most frequently visited Dollar Generals simply because it's the closest to my house. They have a friendly and engaging staff that have a encyclopedic knowledge of the layout of the store. You can find most any amenity you might need at this Dollar General location.

Cashier working is respectfully serving her customers today evening shift and I love her...sorry I did not ask her name and I should have cause she is an older lady and deserves to have this placement. Thank you.

Good products good selection of personal hygiene, can color your hair do your nail. All under ten bucks.
