Dollar General Store

Store manager has nasty attitude and is very unfriendly when needing help. Does not greet customers upon entering the store or exiting. This type of service is unacceptable especially from a store manager.

I love some dollar general deals and sales! Thanks to YouTube, Christa Coupons, and the DG app, I once again saved a ton of money on my purchase today! 5 for 10 on the Dr. Pepper 6 pack bottles is crazy! I'm not sure if the DG associate even realized the 2 day sale started today. She had a surprised look on her face when I told her I had 10 of them. $2 a 6 pack! I'd be crazy not too! Don't worry though, I didn't buy them out. They had plenty. This DG is a little out of the way for me but it's one of the nicer DGs in town. It's well stocked and organized! The employees, who are always busy doing something in the store, are nice, fairly knowledgeable, and willing to help if I ever have a question. Keep up the good work!

It's a typical store with little competition in the area and an overabundance of shoppers, shoddily stocked shelves and often low or out of stock on grocery items. The staff is generally pretty good, especially one older lady who is often on the register. I think they are just overwhelmed with volume for their level of staffing. A lot of the people coming and going outside seem sketchy, so it's a little scary to go in and out. Look both ways at all times in the lot and crossing the lot to the storefront.

I stop by these stores as a matter of convenience and appreciate their better pricing. I was looking for Boost for my mother-in-law had asked a cashier or assistance he showed me where it's at. But pleasantly pleased that it was cheaper than Walmart!

The cashier wasn't friendly at checkout he didn't say hi or how are you nothing just scanned my items put them in the bags...and didn't even say thank you or have a nice day or night! He shouldn't work at a place like that if he's not customer friendly!

The prices at Dollar General are really very good. Some of their stores are poorly managed and those are the ones I try to avoid. Those are the ones with their stocking carts left blocking the aisles and with jumbled up merchandise. The restrooms are the worst I have ever seen and are oftentimes filthy and without the necessary paper products the patron needs. Having said all that, Dollar General has the best prices in town on the items they sell and I go there frequently. The checkout clerks are always courteous and helpful.

This has got to be the worst location ever. You have two guys and a girl working here. Instead of greeting their customer as they should because this is a part of their jobs. They are holding a conversation with each other. Did not once say anything to me, didn't tell me my total, nor thanked me. They were cursing and holding a conversation amongst each other. Worse location ever. The manager will be notified.

Some of the employees need to adjust their people skills as well as learn how to keep their store clean and well stocked. Im so tired of going in this store and not finding the things i came there for. Plus id like to buy something from the frozen section thats if they will ever get there freezer fixed.

Store is over crowded and needs to be reorganized for consumer and safety reasons. The staff needs to go through training again and learn how to pick and choose their battles. Along with the location not really standing out until the last minute.

Great place, great prices for small purchases of household and personal items. Quick in and out shopping most of the time. Some, not all, locations need to clean up a bit... dirty floors, shabby aisles, items on the floor, etc.
