Dollar Tree

Really awesome Dollar Tree right here. We have shopped here for a while … Very well organized and fully stocked on everything. The employees here are super nice also. Highly recommended.

Angela is a sweet sweet lady!! The store was clean and it was very easy to pick out what we wanted and needed. Definitely will be back to this location. It was such a pleasant experience and Angela made it that much better. Keep up the good work and stay true to you!

I don’t know if I’d call the staff “nice” or “friendly” but they certainly work hard and provide customers with the lowest priced items in this suburb.

Dollar tree has always been the same thru the years I find that this one is usually not too busy and the staff here are nicer than other ones. Would recommend going if your in the area.

First time going tonight an I'll give it to the staff...they were so helpful. They even went to the back looking for something for me. You guys rock. Thank you. The store was clean and stocked. Awesome job.

This Dollar Tree is one of 3 in my area and is consistently the least organized and messy looking. But the staff is always friendly!

The people are amazing, always nice, the store is always organized without any issues. But within the last few months, their ac has been broken and they will not fix it. They are forcing their employees to work in a building that is hotter than 90° and only giving them little fans to cool them off. Within 5 mins of being in the store, I was sweating. I am here all the time and have noticed over months that nothing is being done. Until you guys fix your air and prove to your employees that you care about them and their health, I won't be back. And I will make sure the many people I know who live in this area know how your employees are treated. This is disgusting. Wrong. Unethical. I could go on. What's crazy is they have 3 signs up saying they need managers, stockers and cashier's. I WONDER WHY. Paying employees $7.25 to stand in 90° weather. Despicable!!!

We live right around the corner from this Dollar Tree. We are remodeling our home ourselves and therefore we visit the store several times a week. Every employee knows our names and they are quick to help us out in any way possible. But it's not just us, every employee always has a smile for every customer, and they go out of their way to help find something that a customer may be looking for. They should all get an A + for customer service and knowledge of their store. I have been to other Dollar Tree stores, and I was disappointed in the customer service, as there was none. The employees were standing around, obviously supposed to be working, and after standing in line for several minutes, with no acknowledgement from any employee, I asked to be checked out, and the MANAGER sighed and acted like she was doing me a favor by ringing me up. As insulting as that was, there was an employee leaning on the customer side of the register, and he had a Mountain Dew, and she rang him up before me. He realized that he didn't have any money, and the MANAGER was about to void it out, and I smiled and said," I'll pay for it." Needless to say, I will never go back to the Pelham Dollar Tree again. I pointed that out to say this, you will NEVER find employees hanging around at the Valleydale store. If they are at work, they are working. If they are stocking the aisles and they notice a line forming, someone will run and open another register. After being in the retail sales business for over 30 years, I can honestly say that I would hire your entire team.

It is not ok for Laderius- a great customer service person to be berated by David- an awful manager publicly in front of 5 patient customers. This management has to go. abuse at the highest level was witnessed by 5 customers today at 3:30pm. contact me for more details or wait- I’ll contact you tomorrow.

Worst location I've been to. Unwilling to admit to a mistake, and accusing other customers of purposefully messing up prices on their items. Entirely confrontational, never apologized for being wrong. Rude. Mostly the manager.
