Dollar Tree

I simply love this store! I like getting some of the candy and gum to keep on hand for the kids in my neighborhood. Some really good stuff here. Still doing more than good even with everything else shutting down.

The staff tries here, but they are usually so understaffed it is hard for them to keep up with the flow of people and still get product on shelves. I think of they got more people to work in the store it would be a while lot better, but it makes me tired seeing how hard they make their employees work.

I am extremely disappointed in this store. I usually shop here all of the time. I was in the store trying to pay with rolled coins.. which has never been an issue before. The manager, Jennifer, told me that she couldn’t accept my payment and that I had to return the next day because she was the only one there there were more employees around I told her that I didn’t mind her helping other customers so that she could weigh the $16 2- dime rolls & 3 nickel rolls. I was able to notice that she was having a rough day and I was trying to be as understanding as possible since this store seems to always be understaffed. Jennifer told me I make “$70,000 a year and I’m not paying with coins” She then proceeded to tell me that I should “lose some weight”. She took out her bad day on me.. I advised her to find a job that could make her happy. I was embarrassed in front of other customers because I’m a single mom that was just trying to pay with coins. My daughter was present but that didn’t stop Jennifer from continuing her hateful rant. I also wonder if it was because I am a POC? She was not helpful whatsoever and she is management? I could not believe that she behaved the way that she did towards my daughter and I. Please don’t shop here… save yourself the headache.

Woman called Jennifer claiming to be the owner of the store was incredibly rude when I called back becauseThey did not give me all my purchases,says shes not responsible if'Customers take their orders or not even though cashiers usher you out while mixing your orders, bags with the next customer. Sounded Like this happens a lot and if you're not aware theyKept some of your purchases they'll just end up reselling them. Wonder if that's why someone broke their door, anyway I'm glad to know I won't be purchasing from this location since they often have rude employees screaming at people and at each other. Wallmart will log in your order you left behind for when you come back for it. Jennifer does not care about your business or you as a person.

They seem to be out of everything when you go into the store the shelves are bearing not much to choose from even the coolers are empty!! The staff is always friendly but still there's nothing there when you ask something their reply is we don't know!!!!!!

Very messy and unorganized. They did have a good selection of items compared to other Dollar Trees. The cashier was friendly but just like all Dollar Trees the line was half way to the back because there was only 1 cashier.

Big store, very clean and many various items throughout the store. Great selection.

Store seems to be very understaffed. Me and my fiancé went today to get some snacks and there was two people working. The guy cashier went on break so it was only the older lady while we were there. I understand she's probably under some stress and the phone kept ringing. Definitely need more employees that being said I've never seen such a slow cashier. She was trying to have a conversation or answer the phone instead of scanning. In the meantime the line got kind of long and definitely felt like we were holding people up. We had kind of a lot of junk lol so that might be some of the problem. This lady doesn't know how to multitask though. Good prices always and I always feel for people working understaffe. Just a little frustrating

Trashy employees! They literally just threatened me with violence for needing change broken and then attempted to fight me in the parking lot!!

Great customer service but the shelves were VERY EMPTY
